Yes, 7 days for Pro and Ultra. A payment method is required. If you cancel before it ends, nothing is charged. After that the subscription continues automatically until you cancel. The trial runs once per account and only when no subscription is active. If you change plan as a paying customer, the new price applies immediately.

Your declaration is recorded immediately with its receipt time and processed for the requested or earliest possible effective date. If you cancel in time before the first charge, no further subscription payment becomes due; the technical account status is updated after secure contract matching. If you prefer, you can extend the trial to 30 days instead. You will find that offer in your account and it does not hold up your cancellation.

Yes. If you are already paying, we offer one month at 50% off, after which the regular price applies again. If you are in the trial, we extend it to 30 days. Both are optional, redeemable once per account, and neither holds up your cancellation: the cancellation page always takes you straight to the form.

The first charge is taken the day after it ends. You see the exact date before you order. You can cancel at any time via the cancellation page, without logging in.

They are relative comparison scores produced by a language model, not empirically calibrated measurements. They use your internal case and chat context. More context can make the assessment more differentiated but never certain. Treat it as a decision aid, not as fact.

The uploaded files themselves are not kept on the server. For the analysis, the text read from them is sent to the model provider. Your saved cases are stored encrypted in the database and can be deleted at any time.

We do not use your conversations to train our own models. For the model provider, the contractually agreed settings apply, see the privacy notice.

Yes. Individual cases can be deleted in the case manager, the whole account in the account area. Deletion removes profile, cases and history.

Through the cancellation page. No login and no support message required. You immediately receive a downloadable acknowledgement with date and time, and normally an additional copy by email.

Cancellation ends the contract going forward. Withdrawal is a statutory right within 14 days of entering the contract and leads to reversal. Both run through separate pages.

Only upload conversations you are allowed to process. The tool must not be used for stalking, harassment or surveillance.

No. The outputs are AI-generated estimates, not diagnoses and not therapeutic advice. Attachment styles and patterns are hypotheses, not findings.
