Withdraw contract

Use this form to withdraw from your contract. Withdrawal is different from cancellation: where the statutory conditions are met, withdrawal reverses the contract rather than ending it only for the future.

1. Identify the contract

We use it to identify the contract. You can download the immediate acknowledgement after submission; we normally also send it by email.

Contract or customer number (optional)

This helps us identify the contract, but it is not required.

2. Contract details

Date the contract was concluded (if known)

The standard withdrawal period is 14 days from conclusion of the contract. Submit your withdrawal even if you are unsure about the deadline.

Additional note (optional)

You do not have to give a reason.

3. Submit withdrawal

I hereby withdraw from the contract I concluded for the provision of narcissus.black. Clicking the button sends this withdrawal statement. An acknowledgement containing your statement and its date and time of receipt will then be available for immediate download and is normally also sent by email.
