1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the narcissus.black website, app, and free or paid digital services between you and the operator of narcissus.black. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Service description

narcissus.black provides digital tools for analyzing chats, communication patterns, and interpersonal dynamics. Outputs, simulations, and suggestions are intended to support reflection and decision-making. No specific dating, social, or relationship outcome is owed or guaranteed.

3. Not therapy, medical advice, or crisis support

If you are in acute distress, struggling with compulsive use, addiction, self-harm thoughts, or a mental health crisis, do not rely on the service as a substitute for professional care. Please contact qualified professionals, crisis services, or local emergency support where necessary.

4. Registration and account

Certain features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for providing accurate information. You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harassing purposes.

5. Paid plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are offered as recurring subscriptions. Prices and plan details are shown before checkout. Payment processing is handled by the integrated payment provider. Subscription changes and cancellations can be managed through the billing portal or the account area in the product. Unless otherwise shown, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable use

• You remain responsible for every message, action, and decision you take based on the product.
• You may not use the service for stalking, threats, identity misuse, deception, unlawful manipulation, or other illegal communication.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, bypassing access controls, or abusing technical limits is prohibited.

9. Liability

11. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise. If any provision of these terms is invalid, the remainder stays in force. Mandatory dispute-resolution and consumer information duties remain unaffected.
