Withdrawal and consumer notice

This page gives a compact overview of withdrawal information and basic consumer notices for digital services offered by narcissus.black.

1. Consumer notice

  • narcissus.black provides digital services and app functionality for communication analysis and simulation.
  • Pricing, billing intervals, and plan details are shown before checkout.
  • Paid plans may be recurring subscriptions processed through the integrated payment provider.
  • Plan changes and cancellations can be handled in the billing portal or the relevant in-product settings.

2. Statutory withdrawal right

Consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. The German Federal Ministry of Justice provides an official overview here: Right of withdrawal.

3. Digital-content exception

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal right can expire early under statutory conditions if performance starts before the withdrawal period ends and the required declarations have been obtained.

The relevant rule is set out in official German law in section 356 BGB, especially subsection 5 for digital content. Pre-contract consumer information duties are described, among other places, in Art. 246a § 1 EGBGB.

4. If you want to withdraw

You may send a clear withdrawal statement to the contact address listed in the imprint. To meet the deadline, timely dispatch before the end of the withdrawal period is sufficient. If the withdrawal right has already expired in the specific case under statutory rules, no withdrawal right remains.

5. Sample wording

“I hereby withdraw from the contract concluded for the supply of the digital service / subscription. Account email: [your email]. Ordered on: [date].”
